Dead Leaves and What to Do with Them

Think the answer’s easy, without controversy? Think again. There’s controversy surrounding the seemingly mundane questions of:

First, the question is: To Remove Dead leaves or Not? It depends on what kind, how many, and where.
Then if you DO remove them, what to do with them? Chop and use as mulch, chop and compost? If you’re lucky, your town or county will collect and compost them for you.
