		<description>Susan, I think you said it all in your testimony. I don&#039;t see any need to add to it, and since the D.C. Urban Gardeners organization has never taken an official position on the behavior of the local extension agent, I don&#039;t think it&#039;s appropriate for me as president of the organization to be part of a campaign to denounce Sandy Farber, although she has certainly earned all the brickbats with her odious behavior.

That said, I think there is room in this town for an organization that links gardeners with the environmental movement. There is much we can do to spread good information and motivate people of like minds to make this a greener city for everyone.
